Minimum Qualifications:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Current state medical license or eligibility to obtain
- Board certification in a relevant specialty (or board eligible and on a pathway to board certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough patient evaluations and developing comprehensive treatment plans

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records
