Flexo Label Press Apprentice

Tri-State is looking for highly motivated individuals who are ready to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career in label manufacturing.

We are currently hiring for a Flexo Label Press Apprentice position. Where you will be trained to set up and operate label presses, print, die cut, and finish customer-specific jobs. You will learn the ins and outs of flexographic label printing in a safe and efficient way while working on some of the best equipment in the industry.

This is a paid opportunity to learn a valuable trade. With strong attendance, a good attitude, and solid performance, apprentices can typically move into a Level 1 Flexo Label Press Operator role within 3–6 months.

We are especially looking for people who want more than just a paycheck people who are willing to work hard, learn, grow, and become part of the Tri-State team.
