You will be responsible for:
- Customer phone calls
- Schedule Check in times for vehicle maintenance and repairs and confirming / verifying
- Listening to all concerns, asking questions to better understand so you can communicate with the technicians so the repair can be completed in a timely manner
- Assist with Warranty / Recall repairs
- Be the primary Customer Service Advisor
- Confirm vehicle is repaired and communicate with the client all work that was completed and review any others findings the technician documented
- Following up with Clients about there experience and repairs
- Create an experience and connection with your clients to be a raving fan advocate for you and they want to call you specifically for all of there automotive service and maintenance wants and needs
