Senior Associate - Securities Litigation

Our Securities and Financial Services Department is seeking senior associates who have four to seven years post-JD experience (not including clerkships) in securities litigation matters. Positions are open in Boston, New York or Palo Alto.

Qualified candidates will have experience in the following areas:

• Extensive experience litigating in securities cases in federal courts and/or the Delaware Court of Chancery.
• Exceptional writing, analytical and legal research skills with experience drafting briefs, managing discovery, involvement in taking/defending depositions, and motion practice.
• Talented strategic thinker.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic.
• Experience with large litigation teams.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor
• Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based.
• Successful candidates will have strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
