Qualified candidates will have experience in the following areas:
- Advising emerging companies and startups through all stages of growth and financing including business formation and equity financings.
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, auctions, and carve-out transactions.
- Experience with public company disclosure and capital markets transactions is a plus but not required.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills including managing teams on transactions.
- Demonstrated experience training and mentoring junior associates.
- Juris Doctor
- Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based.
- Successful candidates will have strong analytical skills and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
