What You’ll Do
- Process vendor invoices in Sage 100
- Ensure accurate and timely payments
- Match invoices, purchase orders, and packing lists
- Maintain vendor relationships
- Assist with month-end close and account reconciliations
- Enter and manage journal entries
- Generate basic financial reports
- Support general office operations (calls, emails, filing)
What We’re Looking For
- This is a mid-level role best suited for candidates with hands-on AP experience and basic general ledger knowledge
- 2 years of accounting or AP experience preferred (will train the right person)
- Strong Excel skills; Sage 100 or similar system a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with solid communication skills
