Duties
- Perform comprehensive residential cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens efficiently
- Maintain impeccable floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to ensure spotless surfaces
- Execute sanitation procedures in kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring all areas meet health and safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally with clients, understanding their specific needs, and addressing any special requests
- Assist with light meal preparation or cooking tasks when required, supporting household routines
- Manage janitorial supplies inventory and ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained for optimal performance
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles with a focus on detailed sanitation practices
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques for various surfaces including floors, carpets, and upholstery
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to perform laundry tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning tools and equipment as well as hotel housekeeping procedures is a plus
- Basic understanding of kitchen sanitation and light cooking skills to assist with household meal prep
- Reliable time management skills to complete assigned tasks promptly while maintaining attention to detail
- Spanish is a plus
- Drivers license is a plus
