Working closely with the Sr. Director and broader Enablement team, this role establishes the project plans, operating systems, calendars, tools, reporting, and governance required to move programs from intake through development, launch, reinforcement, measurement, and maintenance. This individual contributor also owns the team's SharePoint environment, supports program content development, and serves as the team's AI and enablement technology lead.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
  • Program Creation and Project Management. Develop and manage project plans for onboarding, continuous learning, role-based development, playbooks, coaching programs, training initiatives, and other Commercial Learning & Enablement priorities. Coordinate timelines, deliverables, owners, dependencies, risks, communications, reinforcement, and measurement requirements from intake through completion.
  • Program Governance and Operating Systems. Own and continuously improve the operating systems that support program creation and management, including intake, program-development methodology, templates, project trackers, governance standards, service-level expectations, quality reviews, content maintenance, and operating rhythms. Monitor adherence to the team playbook and simplify workflows where appropriate.
  • Program Content Coordination and Knowledge Management. Coordinate development and maintenance of learning programs, role-based playbooks, facilitator resources, participant materials, job aids, communications, reinforcement resources, and assessments. Own the SharePoint environment, including organization, taxonomy, navigation, access, publishing, version control, lifecycle management, and usage reporting.
  • Program Measurement, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement. Define and maintain measures across program, behavior, and business outcomes. Develop scorecards, dashboards, adoption reports, effectiveness reports, KPI summaries, and program readouts. Deliver findings, data, risks, and recommendations to the Sr. Director for discernment, prioritization, and decisions regarding reinforcement, course correction, continued investment, or program changes. Following the Sr. Director's direction, socialize approved findings and actions back to the team and track follow-through.
  • Calendars, Technology, Tools, and AI Governance. Own the Commercial Learning Editorial Calendar and Master Calendar. Govern the enablement technology stack, administer approved tools, identify automation opportunities, evaluate emerging technologies, coordinate pilots, develop business cases and ROI recommendations, document standards, and support team adoption.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong organizational, coordination, analytical, reporting, problem-solving, written communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate content development across Enablement team members, subject matter experts, and cross-functional partners.
  • Ability to translate program, adoption, behavior, and business data into clear findings, recommendations, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Strong SharePoint administration, knowledge-management, content-governance, taxonomy, and information-architecture capabilities.
