Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Plumber to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who values consistent, year-round work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and enjoys solving problems for customers.
You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems while delivering a high level of customer service. This role also offers the opportunity to increase earnings through performance-based incentives—without excessive overtime or weekend work.

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, install, maintain, and test plumbing systems including water, drainage, gas, and heating systems
- Diagnose plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, and system failures, and perform necessary repairs
- Install and repair pipes, fittings, valves, fixtures, water heaters, and related equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Locate and mark positions for pipe connections and fixtures
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and proper function
- Complete work orders, estimate materials, and maintain accurate records of labor and materials
- Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory
- Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and meet quality standards upon completion
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Respond to service calls and occasional emergency situations as needed
- Stay current with plumbing codes, safety regulations, and best practices
- Assist in training and mentoring apprentices and junior plumbers
Schedule & Work Environment

Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Plumber license
- Proven experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and equipment

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
