Team Member – Dash InLocation: Newark, DE
Pay: $15.50 – $18.00/hr. $1.00/hr. for overnight hours worked

• Prepare fresh, high-quality food following recipes and food safety standards.
• Deliver a friendly, fast, and accurate guest experience.
• Operate the register and handle cash transactions.
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and ready for guests.
• Support both kitchen and sales floor operations, including food prep, stocking, and order support.
• Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with deliveries and organizing inventory.
• Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be eligible for work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED -or- ability to complete employer-paid GED program.
• 1 year of customer service experience in retail and/or food service preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort using POS systems and basic technology.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.

Schedule, Training, & Travel

• This role supports a 24/7 retail operation, including early mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Full-time team members typically work 32–40 hours per week.
• Work is performed onsite at the assigned Dash In location.
• Training is conducted in-store with cross-training across guest experience and food service.
• No regular travel required.
