Success in this role depends on your strong knowledge of food service preparation, safety standards, and your ability to provide comprehensive training to all kitchen staff. Your Recipe for Impact - Partner with the Food Service Manager and Store Manager to inspire and train our team, boosting sales through exceptional guest experiences and top-notch food quality 24/7. - Be well-versed in and uphold Dash In Brand Standards, which include creating engaging guest experiences, maintaining a spotless facility, adhering to food safety and production standards within acceptable ticket timeframes, contributing to a safe environment, and following Dash In operational guidelines. - Communicate effectively with the Food Service Manager regarding needs, including inventory and ordering. - Complete assigned tasks under the direction of the Food Service Manager and Sr. Store Manager.- Ensure the kitchen is clean, well-organized, fully stocked, and that equipment is well-maintained and in optimal condition. - Throughout the process, you'll have the opportunity to train and develop kitchen associates, helping them grow in their roles. The Qualifications We're Looking For - Proven knowledge of kitchen processes and safety standards. - Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or management position and prior kitchen experience. - High School Diploma or GED required, culinary education is a plus. - Ability to multitask and effectively solve problems. - Comfortable using technology, including POS software. - Strong guest-focus with excellent people skills.
