Your Role in Creating Remarkable Experiences: As a Supervisor at Dash In, you’ll play a key role in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for our guests while supporting your team to perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Development: Collaborate with the Guest Experience Manager and Store Manager to build, train, and lead a high-performing team. Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure your team delivers outstanding service and operational excellence.
- Guest Engagement: Proactively engage with guests, addressing questions and concerns while supporting associates in maintaining a “no wait” experience.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee inventory management, food preparation, and cleanliness standards to ensure smooth operations and compliance with Dash In’s exceptional quality and safety standards.
- Inventory & Task Management: Communicate effectively with management regarding ordering and inventory needs, and complete assigned tasks as directed by leadership.
- Problem Solving & Service Excellence: Demonstrate strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences through excellent people skills.
- Champion Standards: Uphold Dash In’s commitment to cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence in every aspect of the store’s operations.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a food service or retail supervisory role or equivalent.
- Education: High school diploma or GED
- Ambition: Drive for results and ability to adapt to change with attention to detail.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physical & Mental Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and use POS technology.
- Requirements: Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
