We’re looking for a Site Maintenance Associate to help keep our stores, property, and equipment clean, safe, and well-maintained. This role is hands-on and includes a mix of maintenance, cleaning, stocking, and guest service.
What You’ll Do- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store, forecourt, fueling areas, restrooms, and surrounding property.
- Perform general maintenance and upkeep using hand and portable tools.
- Help maintain Splash In car wash and vacuum equipment.
- Manage waste and keep coolers and other areas stocked.
- Assist with merchandising and deliveries.
- Provide friendly and helpful service to guests.
- Support the store team with day-to-day operations and other tasks as needed.
- Follow all safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 6 months of customer service or maintenance-related experience.
- Familiarity with hand and portable tools, including power washers, sprayers, and limited power tools.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand and remain mobile for at least 6 hours.
- Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
