- Customer Service Spark: You must have at least 1 year prior customer service experience – making our guests smile is our top priority!
- Leadership Lift: Supervisory experience is a bonus – we love team leaders.
- Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.
- Education Enthusiasm: A high school diploma/GED is preferred, or you can enroll in our company-paid GED completion program.
- Background Check: Ability to complete a background and drug screen, if provided an offer – we want to ensure a safe and friendly work environment.
