What You'll Do
- Operate and monitor production equipment while following established work instructions
- Manufacture products that meet WillowWood's high quality standards
- Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Record production information accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily production goals
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
- High school diploma or GED
- Manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required-we're willing to train motivated individuals
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic math and measuring skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
