Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated ABA line Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with children with autism, implementing behavior intervention plans to promote positive behavioral changes. Responsibilities
- Implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy plans for clients based on their specific needs.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of client progress, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to develop effective strategies for supporting clients in various environments.
- Work with individuals with disabilities, focusing on enhancing their quality of life through targeted interventions.
Requirements
- Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
