We are seeking a dedicated Lead behavior therapist, with a bachelors in a related field, and experience with working with kids to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in applied behavior analysis or related field and a passion for working with individuals with disabilities. The lead will collaborate with families, consultants, and line therapist to ensure effective support and progress monitoring.
Experience
- Proven experience working with individuals with disabilities, particularly children.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices.
- Familiarity with medical documentation processes and requirements.
- Self starter
- Data graphing
- Able to play on a child's level
