Overview

Duties
-Perform comprehensive assessments of patients health status.
- Administer medications and treatments as presribed by physicians.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
- Collaborate with heathare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and treatment options.
-Provide emotional support to residents and their families.
-Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
-Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures.
Experience
-Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Vermont.
-Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work effectively.
