The Spa at Willows Lodge is looking for a part-time Licensed Esthetician who knows skin, connects with people, and takes pride in every treatment. You bring the skill and confidence. We bring a tranquil retreat in the heart of Woodinville wine country.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver customized facials that balance visible results with deep relaxation.
- Assess skin concerns and recommend treatments and home care that make sense for each guest.
- Perform 4-6 facials per workday while keeping the care personal and the quality consistent.
- Build guest relationships that keep people coming back.
- Recommend retail products with confidence and help guests maintain their results at home.
- Keep your treatment room spotless, stocked, and ready to welcome the next guest.
- Follow Spa protocols and perform services within your license, training, and qualifications.
What You Bring
- A current Washington State Esthetician license (Master preferred).
- Hands-on facial experience and solid knowledge of skin, products, and treatment techniques (minimum of two years).
- Excellent sanitation practices and attention to detail.
- A warm presence, confident communication, and a dependable work ethic.
- Curiosity to keep learning and the professionalism to put that knowledge into practice.

Pay: $52.00 - $129.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 – 25.0 per week
