Schedule
- AM -6:00 am - 2:30 pm
- PM -2:00 pm - 10:30 pm
- NOC -10:00 pm - 6:30 am
- Monday - Friday
- Every other weekend
- Rotating Holidays
Duties
- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using tools like Hoyer lifts and other assistive devices
- Monitor vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration; accurately document findings using EMR (Electronic Medical Records)
- Administer medications and treatments following prescribed protocols
- Support patients with specialized needs such as Alzheimer's care, dementia care, memory care
- Maintain a safe environment by following infection control practices for infectious disease care and working within hospital or outpatient clinic settings
Experience
- CBRF Certifications
- Minimum of two years of experience
- A commitment to ongoing learning about infection control practices, healthcare approaches and techniques, and patient safety standards will help you excel in this role
