What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNA or Resident Assistant position at Willowbrook Management, Inc.?
Duties:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Assist with patient mobility and transfers
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Document patient information and maintain accurate records
- Work with special needs patients and provide appropriate care (dementia care)
Qualifications:
- Experience working with dementia residents in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and its proper use
- Familiarity with behavioral health protocols and interventions is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
