Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to residents in our adult family home. This role is crucial in ensuring the comfort and well-being of residents.
Duties
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide support for individuals with senior care needs.
- Monitor and record vital signs as required.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for all residents.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to address concerns and provide updates on resident's status.
- Provide basic meals for residents throughout shift.
Requirements
- Health Care Assistant certification or Nursing Assistant certificate.
- Previous experience working in an adult family home is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift residents safely and effectively when necessary.
- Demonstrate empathy and compassion towards residents.

- Willingness to undergo any necessary background checks or health screenings as required by the employer.
