Willoway Spa & Wellness is seeking a Guest Experience Coordinator, a self-motivated, take-initiative, all-in professional who delivers exceptional service without being asked.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Creating an exceptional guest experience from first contact to follow-up
- Confidently booking services, upselling, and securing return appointments
- Mastery of all spa services, products, memberships, and packages
- Managing front desk operations with a manager-level mindset
- Maintaining a pristine spa environment
- (cleaning, laundry, restocking, details matter here)
- Supporting daily flow, anticipating needs, and problem-solving in real time

- Professional dress and presentation are required

Compensation
- Competitive hourly, potential salary.
- Training will begin at $15/hr while learning our systems, guest experience standards, and services. After training, pay increases based on performance, initiative and ability to contribute to the growth of the spa.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
