What You'll Do:
- Cultivate a safe, joyful, and engaging environment for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years
- Implement developmentally appropriate curriculum (Funnydaffer Reggio Emilia inspired)
- Build strong relationships with children and families
- Model empathy, patience, and problem-solving using Conscious Discipline practices
- Collaborate with your teammates to bring our core values to life
What We’re Looking For:
- Genuine love for children and a deep respect for early childhood education
- CDA, TCC, ECE coursework, or related credentials preferred (but we’ll train the right person!)
- Team players with strong communication skills and a growth mindset
- Dependable, organized, and ready to bring the fun
