What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified Nursing Assistant position at Willow Wood?
Must have a current State Certification
Responsible for the delivery of care to the residents assigned on a daily basis
Understand and comply with all Resident Rights
Understand and practice Infection Control and Universal Precautions
Observe and report residents general condition and behavior
Understand and practice the principles of lifting
Documentation of required resident information
Participate in fire/disaster drills, inservices and scheduled staff meetings
