We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and organized and Activity Director/Recreational Therapist to lead and coodinate engaging programs for our residents in long term care setting. RESPONSIBILITES: Develop and implement a monthly activity calendarProvide group and one on on actvities based on resident interestsComplete activity assessments upon admissionParticipate interdisciplinary care plan meetingMaintain accurate documentation and participation records Ensure compliance with state and federal survey requrinmentsSupervise activity staff and volunteersManage department supplies and budgetCoordinate special events and community partnerships Qualifications:Previous experience in Long-Term Care preferred Knowledge of dementia care and resident-centered programming Strong organizational and communication skills Come join your new journey with us!
