General Manager – Café and Coffee Shop
$79,000 - $86,000 Bonus
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a new café and coffee shop opening soon. This fast-growing, locally based brand is recognized for sourcing premium coffees from local roasters and serving exceptional drinks and fresh food in a vibrant, inspiring environment.

Your Role with the Company:
The General Manager leads the cafe, ensuring the experience meets the company's values through exemplary service and building connections with guests and team members.
- Hire, train, motivate, and inspire others to have fun and create a better experience with every transaction
- Enforce brand standards and expectations such as proper uniform, cleanliness, and recipe adherence
- Ensure that all financial (invoices, reporting) and personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately and on time
- Develop employees by providing ongoing feedback, establishing performance expectations and by conducting performance reviews
- Champion a safe, harassment-free and discrimination-free workplace
- Lead the team with efficiency, respect, friendliness, professionalism, knowledge, patience, awareness, compassion, courtesy, and initiative
Your Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Manager for a $2.5M café, QSR, or full-service restaurant
- High volume drive-thru experience required
- Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
- A motivated, organized, charismatic individual who is eager to lead a successful team
- New location opening experience preferred
