What You'll Do:
- Lead and inspire a crew of landscapers and arborists to deliver exceptional results every day
- Operate and oversee use of industry-standard landscaping and tree care equipment
- Manage daily job site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency
- Communicate with clients on-site to provide updates, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain tools, trucks, and gear like a probecause well-cared-for equipment keeps everyone safe and productive
- Enforce and uphold all safety procedures in line with OSHA and company standards
What You Bring:
- 2 years of experience leading landscaping or tree care crews
- Strong working knowledge of tree care practices, landscape design principles, and equipment operation
- Valid driver's license (CDL is a big plus!)
- ISA Certification or other relevant credentials are a plus, but not required
- A natural leader with great communication and problem-solving skills
- A strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and delivering quality results
