Landscape Crew Leader

What You'll Do:

• Lead and inspire a crew of landscapers and arborists to deliver exceptional results every day
• Operate and oversee use of industry-standard landscaping and tree care equipment
• Manage daily job site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency
• Communicate with clients on-site to provide updates, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain tools, trucks, and gear like a probecause well-cared-for equipment keeps everyone safe and productive
• Enforce and uphold all safety procedures in line with OSHA and company standards

What You Bring:

• 2 years of experience leading landscaping or tree care crews
• Strong working knowledge of tree care practices, landscape design principles, and equipment operation
• Valid driver's license (CDL is a big plus!)
• ISA Certification or other relevant credentials are a plus, but not required
• A natural leader with great communication and problem-solving skills
• A strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and delivering quality results

Offered compensation: $25/hr - $27/hr

Experience and License Requirements

• 2 years of experience leading landscaping or tree care crews
• ISA Certification or other relevant credentials are a plus, but not required
• Valid Driver's License
