As a Climber, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards by safely and efficiently performing tree care tasks. Responsibilities

• Perform tree climbing and pruning tasks with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Make quick, informed decisions under pressure while maintaining safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Maintain and operate heavy machinery as required.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold company values.

• Must be coachable and open to learning new skills.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
