Job Overview: We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Landscape Laborers / Maintenance Technicians. This role involves a wide range of outdoor work including lawn care, landscaping, and property maintenance. Candidates should be comfortable working in a team environment and performing physically active tasks in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Perform lawn care services (mowing, trimming, edging, etc.)
- Assist with hardscape construction projects
- Complete general landscape maintenance tasks
- Participate in seasonal Spring/Fall cleanups
- Provide snow removal services in winter (plowing, shoveling, sanding)
- Maintain equipment and ensure job sites are clean and safe
Qualifications:
- Previous landscaping or maintenance experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be able to drive a plow truck
