Job description:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC) to join our growing outpatient mental health practice. This position is well suited for a clinician who values flexibility, collaboration, and providing high-quality care to individuals, couples, and families. You’ll work in a supportive environment that encourages professional growth and clinical excellence.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and/or groups.
- Complete intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related conditions.
- Collaborate with fellow clinicians and staff to coordinate effective client care.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
- Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and peer collaboration.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.
- Current state licensure as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC).
- Experience providing therapy across a broad range of mental health concerns.
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
