What are the responsibilities and job description for the High School Counselor position at Willow Springs High School?
Willow Springs High School is seeking applications for a High School Counselor to serve students in grades 9-12 for the 2026-2027 school year. The successful candidate will play a critical role in promoting the academic, career, and social/emotional development of all high school students. This is a highly collaborative position that requires strong organizational skills, particularly in the areas of student scheduling, building a master schedule, and maintaining student records. Eligible candidates for the position should possess certification or a route to certification in High School Counseling.
