The Willow Springs R-IV School District is seeking highly qualified candidates with appropriate certification for the position of Elementary Assistant Principal for the 2025-26 school year. The successful candidate will demonstrate a knowledge base in elementary school best practices, research-based instructional strategies, and behavior intervention, as well as possess excellent communication and collaboration skills. Job duties include but are not limited to student discipline; parent communication; student supervision, assisting the principal with staff supervision and professional growth; and facility management.
