• Paid Training: Receive weekly pay between $750 and $900 while on training routes (2 weekly) and $18/hr during classroom/yard training.
• Retention Bonus: Earn a $1,000 bonus after completion of the program.
• Comprehensive Training: Classroom instruction, hands-on driving skills development, and EXTENSIVE on-the-job training with a qualified trainer.
• Training Duration: Approximately 10-14 weeks of paid training.

Compensation:

Receive yearly pay between $35,000 and $46,500.

Requirements:

• A clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
• Strong work history
• Ability to perform heavy physical tasks
• Availability to work weekends
• Four-day work week with two overnights (2-day runs)

• Reside within 60 miles of our location
