- Experience: At least 2 years of professional mowing experience.
- Leadership: You know how to motivate a team and keep the pace up without sacrificing quality.
- Reliability: You show up on time, every time, ready to crush the day.
- Driver’s License: A clean record and the ability to drive a truck/trailer combo is required.
