About Us
Willow Oak Partners is a boutique private equity firm based in Charlotte, NC focusing on operationally intensive real estate. At present, Willow Oak is actively acquiring and operating car washes across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. As of January 2026, Willow Oak’s Fund I owns 21 car washes making it one of the largest owner-operators in the Southeast and the largest owner-operator of self-service car washes in the region. The Firm recently closed on Fund II, which was oversubscribed and backed by leading family offices and institutional investors.
The Role
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Charlotte, NC, The Analyst will support the co-founders and senior leadership team in (A) sourcing and evaluating new acquisitions; and (B) performance reporting across the Portfolio. We ask you to be an action-oriented ‘doer’ and we will generously invest in your development.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree with demonstrated track record of success plus 1-3 years of work experience
- A bias for action and a desire to get things done quickly
- Proven attention to detail, especially when contacting potential sellers and brokers
- Understanding of P&Ls, cap rates and what makes a business attractive at a high level
- Comfort conducting daily and weekly flash reporting in Microsoft Excel
- Effective oral and written communication skills, natural curiosity and a personable attitude
- Strong organization skills, experience working with CRMs a "plus"
- A high standard and an intolerance for failure

- Researching and recording information on potential new targets
- Financial underwriting and feasibility analysis of new investments
- Weekly, daily and monthly flash reporting
- Fielding and scheduling initial seller and broker outreach calls
- Inputting and organizing information into the WOP CRM
