Brand Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated Brand Sales Representative to support marketing campaigns and in-person customer engagement initiatives. This role focuses on representing client brands, assisting with promotional strategies, and supporting sales efforts in a team-based environment.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, are interested in marketing and sales, and want hands-on experience in a customer-facing role. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Learn and communicate key features and benefits of client products and services
• Support direct marketing and promotional campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing associates and sales managers to increase brand awareness
• Engage with customers in person to provide information and support the sales process
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Share feedback and insights with team members to improve campaign performance
• Maintain a professional presence while representing client brands

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or brand representation is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage time effectively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
