Willow Insurance Group Inc is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Bilingual Property/Casualty Insurance Account Manager to join our team in Des Plaines, IL. Responsibilities:
- Manage and service a book of personal and/or commercial property & casualty insurance accounts
- Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish to address coverage questions, policy changes, and renewals
- Process endorsements, certificates of insurance, and policy documentation accurately and efficiently
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to grow the agency's book of business
- Liaise between clients and insurance carriers to resolve claims, billing issues, and coverage concerns
- Maintain accurate client records and activity logs within agency management systems
- Provide exceptional customer service to retain existing clients and support new business development
Requirements:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required
- Active Illinois Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License preferred or required
- 2 years of experience in P&C insurance account management or a related role
- Familiarity with personal lines, commercial lines, or both
- Proficiency with agency management software (e.g., Applied Epic, AMS360, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset
