Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight:

• Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet spaces, ensuring tables, chairs, linens, and equipment are arranged according to event specifications.

  Assist in the preparation and coordination of banquet events to ensure smooth operations.

Food and Beverage Service:

• Monitor and manage the flow of food and beverage service during events.

• 
  Ensure proper presentation, timing, and adherence to dietary restrictions and guest preferences.

Quality Control:

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation within the banquet area.

• 
  Perform regular checks to ensure everything is operating smoothly and to the highest standards of service.

Problem-Solving:

• Quickly identify and address any issues that arise, including guest complaints or operational challenges.

  Resolve problems with a calm demeanor and effective communication.

Skills and Qualifications:

  Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse groups of guests.
