Are you an energetic, self-motivated Tennis or Pickleball Professional looking to build your own business in a premier private club setting?
Willow Fork Country Club is seeking an Independent Contractor to provide private and small group instruction for our active and growing racquet sports community. This is an outstanding opportunity for a teaching professional who wants the freedom to be their own boss while utilizing one of the area's premier private club facilities.
About the Opportunity
As an Independent Contractor, you will operate your own teaching business while enjoying access to Willow Fork Country Club's tennis and pickleball facilities and established membership. You will set your own schedule, build your own clientele, and have the flexibility to grow your business with the support of the club.
This is not an employee position. Contractors are responsible for managing their own business, scheduling, taxes, insurance, and professional certifications.
Compensation
- 70% of all lesson revenue paid directly to the contractor
- 30% retained by Willow Fork Country Club
- Unlimited earning potential based on your availability and client base
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality private and semi-private instruction in tennis and/or pickleball
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, enjoyable learning environment
- Build strong relationships with members while maintaining professionalism
- Coordinate lesson scheduling and communication with clients
- Represent yourself and Willow Fork Country Club with integrity and professionalism
Member & Guest Teaching Policy
Instruction conducted on club property is reserved exclusively for Willow Fork Country Club members.
Members may invite guests to participate in lessons:
- Guests are subject to the club's applicable guest fee.
- Each guest may utilize the club facilities for instruction up to six (6) visits per calendar year.
Qualifications
- Previous teaching experience in tennis, pickleball, or both
- Current teaching certification preferred (USPTA, PTR, PPR, RPO, or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to develop and grow your own clientele
- Passion for delivering exceptional instruction and member experiences
- Positive, professional, and dependable
