Responsibilities
- Safely operate and maintain golf carts, ensuring they are clean, charged, and ready for use at all times
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with cart assignments, and provide directions around the course
- Manage cash handling for rental fees and merchandise transactions accurately and securely
- Support event management activities such as tournaments or special outings by coordinating cart logistics
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with professionalism, demonstrating conflict management skills when needed
- Assist with guest services including providing information about the course, amenities, and upcoming events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cart storage areas while adhering to safety protocols
