For newer therapists: You do not need years of experience to succeed at Willow. We are happy to support therapists who are newer to the industry but eager to learn, grow, and build a loyal clientele within a supportive environment.
Responsibilities

• Provide customized massage sessions based on guest goals and needs
• Create an elevated, welcoming, and relaxing guest experience
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness in treatment spaces
• Educate clients on treatment recommendations and wellness support
• Encourage rebooking and long-term care plans naturally through exceptional service
• Work collaboratively within a team-focused environment

Schedule Availability
Preferred Part Time availability includes:

• Evenings (especially 4pm–7pm)
• Some Saturdays
• Additional flexibility is a plus

Pay: $38.00 - $64.00 per hour
