Role Description
*Must hold LCSW License*
The Director of Clinical Services will oversee and manage the Clinical Therapy Team, Discharge Planner, and Group Therapy Supervisor, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality therapeutic services. This role is responsible for coordinating care, maintaining clinical accountability, and maximizing available resources to support optimal patient outcomes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, OK, where the Director will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and foster a healing environment.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited University or College with a Master's Degree in Social Work.
- Must posses and maintain an active LCSW license from the State of Oklahoma.
- Five years of experience in providing treatment services to patients including individual, group and family therapy.
Pay Range
- $85,000 - $100,000 per year.
