Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with the planning, organization, and implementation of engaging activities and programs tailored to residents' interests and abilities.
- Supporting special events, outings, and holiday celebrations for residents.
- Encouraging resident participation and fostering a positive, inclusive environment.
- Collaborating with residents, families, and team members to enhance quality of life.
- Helping maintain activity schedules, supplies, and compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in activities, recreation, or caregiving in a senior living or healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative, energetic, and compassionate about working with seniors.
