Marketer/Admissions Coordinator

Willow Creek Senior Community is looking for a driven, people-first Marketer/Admissions Coordinator to help grow our census and be the first friendly face families meet when they're navigating one of the hardest decisions of their lives. If you love building relationships, closing the loop with referral sources, and guiding families with empathy, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

• Drive census growth through relationship-building with discharge planners, physicians, hospitals, and community referral sources

• Manage the admissions process from first inquiry to move-in, guiding families with clarity and compassion

• Represent Willow Creek at community events, tours, and networking opportunities to build our referral pipeline

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, staff, and outside agencies throughout the admissions journey

• Track inquiries and conversions, using basic math (weights, volumes, fractions, whole numbers) as needed for reporting and unit conversions

• Serve as a trusted, empathetic point of contact for families evaluating care options

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in the skilled nursing industry

• Exceptional sales, communication, and customer service skills — empathy is a must

• Fluent, easily understood verbal communication in English

• Comfortable with basic math (add/subtract/multiply/divide using whole numbers, fractions, decimals, weights, and volumes)

• No license required
