JOB SUMMARY
The Admissions Coordinator is a key part of our facility. Some of the job responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining close working relationships with hospitals and community members
- Serve as a marketing representative of the facility
- Review referrals and work closely with nursing and bookkeeping to ensure facility can meet resident needs upon admission
- Meet with potential residents and families to review admissions paperwork and facility information
- conduct tours to ensure resident and family comfort with facility
- Ensure excellent communication among staff, residents, and families.
- Create positive resident outcomes.
- Respect others by treating them the way we want to be treated.
- Demonstrate kindness, compassion, honesty, and integrity at all times.
- Help create a culture of superior customer service.

REQUIREMENTS
- previous admissions experience preferred
- pervious marketing experience preferred
- working knowledge of NC PASRR process
- working knowledge of MCR, MCD, private insurance, MCR replacement programs preferred
- Long-term care facility experience preferred
- professional, articulate and friendly demeanor
