Nursery & Yard Worker- Seasonal

Willow Creek Landscape Supply is looking for a Seasonal Nursery & Yard Worker to assist with plant care, customer service, and yard organization. This position involves both nursery and yard responsibilities, including watering plants, helping customers, and operating equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Water, prune, and maintain plants, trees, and shrubs.
• Assist customers with plant selection and care advice.
• Load and unload materials, including assisting customers with purchases.
• Operate forklifts or other equipment to move products (training provided).
• Keep the nursery, yard, and warehouse clean and organized.
• Inspect plants for pests and disease.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Prior nursery, yard, or landscaping experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.

Schedule & Pay:

• Seasonal position with full-time or part-time options.
• Weekend availability may be required.
• Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
