Willow Creek Country Club is looking for a friendly and energetic Busser. The Clubhouse Busser is responsible for supporting dining room operations by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for members and guests. This position assists servers, resets tables, clears dishes, and helps ensure an exceptional clubhouse experience.
Responsibilities:
- Clear and reset dining tables quickly and efficiently while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
- Assist servers with food and beverage service as needed.
- Deliver and refill water, bread, condiments, and other table items.
- Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils from dining areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining rooms, patios, lounges, and service areas.
- Assist with setting up and breakdown for events, private functions, and special occasions.
- Communicate with servers, kitchen staff, and supervisors to support smooth operations.
- Follow all sanitation, safety, and clubhouse service standards.
- Provide friendly and professional service to members and guests.
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, or country club experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and guest-focused.

Compensation & Employment Details
- $13–$15 per hour, Depending on experience plus tips
