- Create a culture where volunteers are known, growing spiritually, and leading others
- Oversee weekend services and major events to ensure a seamless, welcoming experience
- Implement Central Guest Experience strategies that help guests take next steps into community and discipleship
- Use data and insights to manage how we serve guests and engage our church
- First-time guests don’t just attend—they come back and get connected
- People are taking clear next steps into community, serving, and spiritual growth
- Volunteer teams are growing, thriving, and led by empowered leaders

- Salary: $59,000 – $69,000, depending on experience and education
