Willow Creek Community Church is looking for an Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of impactful ministry events and mission-aligned facility rentals across our campuses.
In this role, you'll play an important part in everything from large-scale church events on holidays and wrap-around event weekends, to hosting outside facility rentals like concerts and conferences and executing community outreach events, ensuring every guest experiences excellence and Christ-centered hospitality. You'll also recruit, coach, and lead a team of Welcome Hosts and volunteers who help make every event memorable.
What You'll Do
- Support the planning and execution of ministry events, lead out on execution of external facility rentals and maintain community partner relationships.
- Create exceptional guest experiences through intentional hospitality.
- Recruit, develop, and care for event volunteers.
- Manage, train and support campus Welcome Hosts as they make lasting first impressions at the building’s main entrance and are the eyes and ears of the Church.
- Partner with ministries and operational teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Manage event logistics, budgets, scheduling, and day-of operations.

What We Offer
The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $73,000, depending on experience and education.
